North York and quaint surprises!
This weekend we had a few things we had to do in Toronto Ontario, North York to be specific. After a long 4hr drive and reaching our destination We couldn't get out of the truck fast enough and stretch our legs. How ironic that right beside the parking lot was a walking trail! It was like as if it was a sign. The name of the trail was the Betty Sutherland Trail. Off we started down the trail. It was a paved trail which was perfect to stay clean for our appointment. What a little gem this was. Right in the middle of a heavily populated area with high rises and condo's surrounding us. This trail follows along the Don Mills River! This river was not huge or deep but beautiful all the same. Untouched by mankind. There were spots where the river was calm and other spots where there was small rapids with the rushing water.
